Hexa Plast Izod/Charpy Impact tester is used to determine the relative susceptibility of standard test specimen.

Impact is a very important phenomenon in governing the life of a structure and also used to study the toughness of the material. A material’s toughness is a factor of its ability to absorb energy during plastic deformation.

Hammers	2 nos. of hard chrome Plated hammers of one each for Izod Tests for lowest scale would be supplied. Incremental plates would be supplied which could be attached to these hammers to convert them in to hammers for 2nd, 3rd, 4th& 5th scale
